can anybody help me
I wat to amplify a voltage signal of 2 V to 90 V
How can I do this without using op amps?

You could just go for a DC-DC converter with linear proportional output.

We used to use a module from farnell, 5w I think, 12v input 1500vdc output.
I had a look on thier site but don't think they stock that one anymore.

google linear HV DC-DC converters

but the problem is that I want to avaoid the noises produced in that technique

You have to be more specific; d/c, a/c, frequency, power in, power out, power supply, efficiency, etc.
One example could be a CRT video driver. They are usually found on the board on the neck on CRT's, and amplify 1V dc (to 5-25MHz) up to around 90V. They usually require a PSU around 110-130V dc and operate at a power level around 1-2W.
