Hire a hobbiest for a (simple?) Personal project

Hello.

I'm looking for what I imagine to be a simple device, 3 buttons or a dial that will run a timer for 3,4, or 5 minutes then slowly spin a motor for a few seconds so I can lift the tea bag I've forgotten about out of my cup.

Teeodohr (a play on words in German Tee = tea, Ohr = ear).
Build one from scratch.
Here's another version of the same, made from acrylic sheets. This one is available as a kit.
