homemade 12v smoke machine continuous

i did a lot of watching other sites posts on a DIY mini smoke machine
they are battery run which doesnt help me
i need a 12v power supply so i can attach to the rest of the diorama
continuous use meaning run at least 12 hrs at a time and easy refill of "juice" without disconnecting and unscrewing etc
also turn on an off with a timer no buttons to push
is that even possible?

For turning it on/off automatically, you will need to use an Arduino. If you do not want to use a battery, you can use a 12V adapter.

why do i need Arduino? cant time clock turn it on and off?
what smoke maker mini can burn 12 hrs at a time

Are you open to suggestions?
It would be dependent on the area, how large your diorama is... Is it bigger than a bread box?
Now this is only an example my train of thought and I know you want 12 volts but this one is 24 so don't get angry it's only a suggestion tell me what you think. Here is a brief description.

my diorama section is only 6" x 6" a8 " tall
i added a vaporizer mini but its not powerful enough all it does is make it wet - Triple Nozzles Household Ultrasonic Air Humidifier
i use 12v as thats all the rest of my wring and i like to connect it all
i need something small as too much fog will really destroy my setup
i need the pot to really look boiling water and vapor the photo shows only a tiny bit

Well my next suggestion would have been dry ice it would look like the water is boiling...but then again it would make it diorama very moist but it would be heavier than the surrounding atmosphere and would fall to the bottom of the diorama and spread out evenly but for 12 hours that's a big'O bag of Frozen carbon dioxide. Asphyxiation comes into mind. I'll look around for you for a fogger smoke machine mini bye-bye for now

it is for my holiday
we may not touch or tamper any electricity from about Fr 4 pm till Sat eve 10 pm
i need enough water capacity plus electricity connection and saftey for 26 hour stretches
i shut the electricity with time clocks for the ight and need it to turn back on in the morning without pushing any buttons
that is the main issue with these vapor machines
