The more I read about Hot Carrier diodes I get more cunfused.

I know the Forward voltage is 150 mV to 450 mV and because this is so Low it has Les Head and is good for Very Fast switching.

But what about when you send Current in the Other direction.
Does it go fast or have a very slow Breakover?

A hot carrier diode is also called a schottky diode. The answers to your questions can be found on the wikipedia page.
