Not sure what these have to do with your strings of LEDS ???

you have linked to a PIR motion detector
Did you were the data given ?
Item Introduction:

•The sensitivity and holding time can be adjusted
•Working Voltage Range: DC 4.5V- 20V
•Current drain:<60uA
•Voltage Output: High/Low level signal:3.3V TTL output
•Detection distance: 3--7M(can be adjusted)
•Detection range: <140°
•Delay time: 5-200S(can be adjusted, default 5s +-3%)
•Blockade time: 2.5 S (default)
•Trigger: L: Non-repeatable trigger? H: Repeat Trigger (default)
•Trigger Method: L unrepeatable trigger / H repeatable trigger
•Work temperature:-20-+80°C

see the hilited line .... these supply a TTL output to feed in to Logic IC's
You are not going to control LED strings directly from these

What are you trying to achieve ??

Hi Dave, I just read about or now know that i cant just use these to turn on some leds. I thought that these had like a relay in them to turn on stuff.But i found a small cir. for them.
The cir is only about 6 parts so I'll have to build that to go alone with it.
Darn, i thought i could just use the pir sensor by itself.
