How to connect a 5v micro vacuum pump to a Raspberry Pi 4 computer model B

Im new to the whole electrical world here, I was wondering if it is possible to connect a 5v micro vacuum pump to a raspberry pi

You can connect 'anything' to a Raspi - most devices (other than LEDs etc) will require some form of buffering and there are many ready-made modules that can be used depending on the device you want to drive.

Relay modules will, perhaps, offer the simplest solution as the relay contacts can drive 'most' loads - you can even drive a small DC pump/motor/whatever using a simple transistor or MOSFET.

There are ample beginners guides to interfacing the Raspi and I'd recommend you look for the Raspi magazine (downloadable from many internet sites) which cover interfacing the Raspi in many, many applications.

What is the pump datasheet and electrical specs ?

You want to speed control it or just turn on/off with Pi ?

You need to programme the pi4 according to the output pins you have connected the pump. If you just want to turn the pump on/off Here's a video watch it ,hope it will help you out. Link:
