how to disable the flashing LED

just wondering is it possiable to make the LED not flashing? and How?

do you just want them on steady all the time ?
Under that black blob on that small vertical cct board will be an IC that will control the flashing

Please give us the name or part number of that small black transistor near small board. We need that info so we can determine the base, collector and emitter of transistor.

Unsolder the end of the 1k resistor where I have circled and connect it to one of the three points I have indicated. My first choice would be the 1k resistor directly to the right of it.

i did follow every setp. the LED stop flashing. which is good. but the left side top 3 LED not working. i will post picture later. thx
