I have got a amateur made humidity sensor circuit. And I am unable to understand it. It is basically a capacitive humidity sensor (honeywell HIH4000). There are two capacitors and two diodes attached to it. I have seen the circuit and have drawn it on paint brush (and I think I have dawn it correctly). The diagram is attached. Please tell me what the circuit is doing.
The function of the whole circuit is to give voltage as a function of humidity.
