I need help learning the arduino code language & syntax.

I recently acquired a Arduino duemilanove, I'm having no trouble with the hardware aspect of this device. but I'm nowhere near close to being fluent in C++ or the specific code language the arduino uses. I need someone to take me under his or her wing and teach me the arduino code language. I've picked up a little of it, but not much. I can blink a single solitary LED on any pin including pin13, but need help with the more sofisticated programming. Any help I can get would be appreciated. Is there a "ARDUINO CODE FOR DUMMIES"?
