Hi so I have recently started planning a battery project and I started off wanting to use 18650 lithium cells but then I found a cheaper price on lipo cells that offer more capacity but I can’t seem to find any BMS that can work on 3s lipo batteries and I want to know if I can use a 18650 BMS to charge my Lipo cells I know there chemistry’s are different and that’s why I’m asking here I have tried Google and can’t find a solid answer there. Any advise will be appreciated.

Depends on your load current requirements.
They are available for 3A ($2-$3 each) right up to the 25A shown above.
Search for 3s bms on any of the online suppliers.

For lipo cells you can also the same bms circuit used for the 18650 ones cause at last both of them are lithium cells. So, yes you can use the bms circuit for both cells. Just remember to include the battery ampere according to the bms ampere limit.
