I believe that your newly purchased units are 315MHz and the original unit is probably 433MHz.
It has a 13.560MHz crystal which might translate to 13.56x32=433.92MHz.

Thanks everyone! I suppose I need to get a new one. Any possibility of scanning the frequency to see which matches? Also, is it possible to build a clone of this board.

You will first need to identify the IC on the board. Then search for that IC to see whether it’s a fixed, learning or rolling code.
Then search for ‘key fob clone’ using the same type of IC. You may get lucky and find some.
Scanning can be done but with very expensive test equipment. Imagine a rolling type encoder IC having 40 trillion codes!.
This type may work. Scroll down and read it all.
And this site has a lot of information. You’ll probably be better to search YouTube. Then again, you might find it easier to start fresh with a transmitter and receiver pair.

Thank you for the links. I was considering purchasing the cloning fobs. Will update with any progress.
