ideas for added UPS to hottub control panel?

I have a hottub... also have city power that "blinks" a fair amount,
especially on windy days. I know this because the UPS system on my
computer "beeps" when it covers a momentary power interruption or
surge.

these little blinks seem to freak out the control panel of the hot
tub, and it never goes into its "heat" cycle, even when is displays it
needs it... until I shut off the GFI breaker for a couple minutes, and
flip it back on, and all is well.

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is an after-marker type of UPS
I can install in-line to my control panel, or make, er some way to
prevent these little power interuptions from killing the control
panel?
