Hi Edd i am trying to trouble shoot my first multimeter the Micronta 22-211
I came across a similar component 7K220 since found out that it is a varistor but not sure what value it should be testing at. I thought it was a ceramic capacitor at first and had gone close to short but perhaps the varistor is supposed to read a low impedance. on the diagram which i can't read as it's too blurry it is marked with a greek style Z and on the board. It is showing 1.2 ohms out of circuit.
Thanks for any further insight.

Hey Martin
It is about the 54.6 charger is back from 86v to 56v output almost the normal 54.6v rating. after i replaced a blown ac fuse.
I tested normal; the brid.rect, mosfet, regulator,diodes...
New status now is the charger Light still solid red, even is not charging, but when I disconnect the internal cooling fan,
the voltage output back the normal 54.6v and the light
back to normal sold green.
the charger cooling fan increases voltage output of almost
of 2v. total is 56.2.. instead of 54.6v.
Any tech. guidance, I will appreciate that ?
i attach here a new clear pic of smps board.
