Identifying EEPROM Chips?

I have been trying to identify an EEPROM chip but part of the numbers are missing and I am totally stuck. What I can see is as follows:
1241
24G
61318

does anyone know which type it could be? It is in a BMW Domain control unit with part number 3452 6865298.

Any assistance shall be highly appreciated.

Post photo of your icm board and chip in question. From what I remember the eeprom data for these was in the main processor. BMW doesn't usually mask their eeproms but a lot of other chips in similar packages from bosch they do mask (which people like to assume are eeproms).
