Herbert Schlangemann (the nom de plume of a computer),
submitted the paper "Towards the Simulation of E-commerce"
to the 2008 International Conference
on Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Despite being complete jibberish

Promote both students to immediate PhD status, for two reasons:
I. Actually having a sense of humor
II. Being smart enough to understand and game the system
