I was reflowing an Xbox and I slipped when taking of the X-Brackets. I ripped about 3 tiny traces off. Whats the repair procedure for something like this?

remoce the solder stop from the ends of those traces taht are still on the PCB. Very carefully solder thin magnet wire between the open ends to re-connect the traces.
Fix the loose wires with some drops of heat glue.

Harald,

I am including a photo for clarification. The traces are in the red box. Now just patch the tiny gap or go back to start and end points?

HINT: The red box is on the bottom right leg of the right hand X

Very hard to find...

I suggest you just bridge the gap. You don't know (me neither) what kind of problems (reflections, delays etc.) you may encounter when re-wiring the full length of the trace.
