Info on NEC uPA75/76 dual transistors

Extensive Googling turns up nothing (apart fron USBid style leeches) on
these devices. Does anyone know of any source of info on these devices?.
A vendor who could sell me a couple of each would be even better!

NEC has RF duals, but I don't see that part number. See CEL.COM.
