Internal RTC with Raspberry PICO

Can you show me a specific setting of the Alarm, for example, for a 5-second time interval?
With my program, reading the RTC time works without a problem, but the alarm sounds strange. The first alarm (with a 5-second setting) is triggered after 5 seconds, but the next one after one minute.

I'm afraid I can't. I haven't used the Pico other than with micropython. And haven't used the RTC at all.

The OP wants to use the internal RTC of teh PICO, not an external module.

I wanted to avoid using the DS3231 since the RTC has a PICO in it.
