So i have a project to be built that requires PS that has 4 Amps near 15V

I have a vonage PS 12VDC 1.5A

I can use it though i cannot use the amplifier im building that loud..

At first i thought of using transistors but i think it would violate a law (not a country law but something related in electronics)

you would have to rebuild the rectifier in the power supply.

Your best bet would be to just get a new power supply...

Quick search on Digikey comes up with this looks to be aroud $30

Assuming your "vonage" power supply is a wall wart, there is nothing you can do to increase the voltage or the current . You're right about trying to violate the laws of physics.
