There is a V2K device which makes you hear sound in your head, through microwaves or ultra sound.
The link is about V2K device built by American Army, it is even mentioned on Federation of American Scientists website: http://www.fas.org/sgp/othergov/dod/vts.html
I want to know if something like this is possible and what are the possible defenses one have against them. (no suggestions of tinfoil hats or wrapping on the body)
