This looks very bad...
It it part of the channel selector (tuner) and integrated in it.
Radical solution: replace the complete tuner.
Possible solution;
Try to solder a coax wire, the outside wire to the case of the tuner en
the inside wire to the pin
in the center.
On the other side of the coax you put a plug and then it should be
ok...but this is not a clean job :-(

For best security and results...replace the tuner.

UUMe:
"easy to fix" is entirely dependent on having the proper replacement
part(s), proper tools and test equipment and soldering equipment, and the
necessary electronics knowledge, skills, and television repair experience.
The missing RF Antenna connector depicted in the photo of the television's
rear panel may not be the only problem with the television....... there
could be other operational difficulties that require additional repair....
including possible problems with the on-board-tuner ground soldering, EPROM
corruption, etc, etc. Since the starting bid is $9.99 for this 25"
television ....... you should probably remind yourself of the old
saying..... "you get what you pay for" Buyer beware..... etc, etc, etc.
The Ebay selling made copious statements about the television's
condition.... you should open your eyes and read carefully.

Not only is it battered, but think of the state it might be in by the time
the time it gets to your door. Also factor in the $90 shipping fee the
seller listed. Then go down to your local Best Buy and price a new 25"
TV...with a warrantee and all the accessories.
