Is this repairable?

I have an old TT and this board was affected by rain leaking into the box, stupid design as there are no drain holes so part of the board was literally bathing in rain water.

Some pics attached of what looks like the dammaged area. This smaller pcb sits on a main board full of relays etc which controls the electric windows etc. Thoughts appreciated!

Oh crappers feared the worst, cant the IC's be replaced?

I'd say the ic's (if you can identify them) are the least of your problems.
The board is damaged and repair may be well nigh impossible.
Also other components damaged as well.
