is X7R better than X5R at all parameter?

I was watching posts about the X7R, X5R,etc...
and found X7R's Frequency, Temperature, Line Regulation(?! about Vdc) better than X5R
just X7R is better except price?

You have to define 'better'. Particular devices are designed for particular parameters.
What's you application?
