Kenwood Integrated Amplifier KA-3700 Has 4 fuses 2 3.5A 250V and 2 4A 250V. When powered up 1 of the 4A 250V fuses pops. How can I repair this?

Sir BigDaddySmokeAlot . . . . .

Using a DVM in its diode test function, then backed up with performing a low ohms test and checking out the 4 bead diodes that are towards the end, on past your blown fuses, will probably reveal one or more being dead shorted.
OR any of the 4 large black plastic power transistors mounted on the heat sink, may have shorted out.

73's de Edd . . .who doesn't smoke at all.
