Kenwood x45 -x85 cassette player issues

Hi everyone,
I have an kenwood x45 double deck.
Unfortunately does not turn on.
sometimes and not always when I put the power supply plug out and back in, I hear some noises from motors and then it turns on but only for a few seconds!
Has anyone maybe the same experience, I am grateful for your help.

Hello. I would first start by checking the mains cable. It sounds like it could be broken and only making connections sometimes.

I’ve changed the cable also but no chance.

Its look that enough power is not there

Can you elaborate on that.
What part hasn’t got enough power?.
What and how are you testing/checking.
