LCD screen Identification/Replacement

Hi,
As you can see I need to replace this LCD screen but can't seam to find a suitable replacement, if anyone could help identify it or know of a suitable replacement it would be much appreciated.

Specs:
- 128x64 LCD
- HEM
- M12864-084A
- V01 B2103
- ~3.54" display

Unsure on what the 1, 12 on the ribbon cable mean as it appears to have 34 pins?

Most likely oem device.
Cannot see any display what so ever t0 verify but 99.9% it would be the case.

Would there be any way to figure out what could work as a replacement?
the closes I've found is this (but the pins don't seam to line up so not sure what it could be):

It is likely a screen layout that is particular to this device, not just any old LCD screen.
Take as an example say an air con remote control display.

Yay, and the company is bust so no chance of getting a replacement from them
Guess I'll have to see if I can find something for parts second hand then
