Sony bravia model no: kdl-40bx420 set comes on and there is audio and video. The problem is the lower horizontal half of the screen is green with faint vertical lines on the lower right side I open set and sprayed both connectors and the flat L shaped wire from the logic board to the top of the tv. There was no Tcom board some of the same models have at thetop of the tv.The problem is still there.Need tech advice.

Sounds like the LCD panel 'tape' (often with the drivers built straight onto the ribbon) has come away. Unlikely you'll be able to fix a fault like that.

Observe the direction that pressure is applied in making interconnection between 13-1 and 13 connections.
With heaviest consideration being given to the 13 connector at its very top..
Get the set displaing the bad screen display conditions and lock your eyes on it and see if any display correction changes with increased connector (s) pressure.
