I have an LED Circuit that I connected to a dimmer control, It turns on and off, the only thing is it does take longer to start dimming when coming from the off position. If you had to make a setting, I would say 0-100. 0 being the light completely off, and 100 being the light on all the way. At around 70, the light begins to turn on when coming from the off position (0 -Position). How can I make the lights turn on sooner than 70?

What kind of LED circuit is this? An off the shelf setup or a do it yourself circuit?
Not every LED lamp is dimmable. Those that are are explicitly merked as such.

It's a do it yourself project the LED's are in parallel.
That does not do much for us...
Every appliance in the house is wired in parallel.

Is this a mains powered device, or battery powered?
Can you provide part numbers, schematics, or brands? Anything to give us details.

Details : (expert mode)
Dimmer type:
- Analogue - Leading or Trailing Edge?
- Digital (PWM)
LED type:
- High power LED module
- Array of lower power LED modules.
LED Power source:
- Constant Voltage supply
- Constant Current Supply
- None, wired directly to dimmer.

It's main powered, not battery operated
The dimmer type is an Analogue - Leading Edge
LED Type: Lower Powered LED Module
LED Power: Constant Current Supply

That certainly helps... now there's a bit of an issue.
A constant current supply will adjust itself as the input voltage changes so that it can always output a constant current... which will keep an LED constantly lit.
So you have to swap out the LED power supply to be compatible with a dimmer.

You can use any LED supply that bears a lebel stating that it is suitable for dimming.
