Led Matrix control Problem WS2812B and T4000

I have 48 x 32 led matrix (made 3 x 2, 16x16 Matrix 256 LED WS2812B-panels)

I try control it with T4000 RGB LED Controller. I am using 3 ports.

I have problems with multi port programs. I am using Lededit. Power is 5V 70 A.

one port program is working.

What is wrong with wires?

Is there any best orientation for 16x16 panels?

First thing to check is that all modules get the supply voltage(marked +5V).
From the photos it looks like some are not connected.
Use a DMM to check the voltage on each module(between it's 5v and GND).
