LED Panel light with driver

I picked up an LED light off of Amazon but am a little concerned about the wiring of the transformer/driver. They have the input going to the light and the output going to the bare end they want me to wire to 120V.

I got a feeling it's wired backward but wanted some input from the professionals on this forum. See the pics and let me know what you think.

Amazon should not be allowed to sell wrong garbage like that.
You should not buy cheap electrical products that are not CSA approved and might burn down your home.
