Level shifter with some kind of tracking/follower???

I need a simple circuit that can convert/shift a variable amplitude AC
square wave (+1V and -1V to +10V and -10V) so that the most negative
portion of the signal is always +0.25V above ground.

So a signal oscillating about +1V and -1V would result in +2.25V and
+0.25V.
A signal oscillating about +5V and -5V would produce +10.25V and
+0.25V
And a signal oscillating about +10V and -10V would produce +20.25V and
+0.25V.

Any ideas, folks??
Thanks

use a diode for the + side and apply a little fix voltage
for the +0.25

Hi, Royal. You want simple? Here's simple (view in fixed font or M$
Notepad):

(created by AACircuit v1.28.6 beta 04/19/05 www.tech-chat.de)

Use a non-polarized cap for C. The 1N5819 is a 40V schottky rectifier
with a forward voltage drop of about 0.25V or so. This will shift the
DC level so the output coltage is always positive.

Not perfect, but close enough? It's sure simple.

Cheers

For OP's edification, this is called a "clamp" circuit.

Cheers!
