I'm working with Liquid Volume Measuring Project. I want to achieve an accuracy level of 1% - 2%.
Pls suggest to me a sensor to measure and a mechanism.

Welcome to EP!
1) What sort of volume? Micro-litres? Litres? Mega-litres? ......?
2) What sort of liquid? Water? Treacle? Corrosive? ...?
3) Over what temperature range?

Edit:
4) Is the liquid flowing or stationary?
5) Is it in a regularly-shaped container (e.g. cylindrical) or not?

Yes, It's flowing

So you want to measure the amount of liquid that passes through a tube? That is not volume (measured in e.g. m³) but flow rate (measured in m³/s)

It wouldn't hurt to present some more detail of what you want to do and how. This will make it so much easier for us to understand your question and offer help without having to ask for every little detail.

Buy a flow meter.

Not to mention, this forum is international, with a lot of posters from the USA. I'm guessing your 20 to 50 degree range is Celsius rather than Fahrenheit.
Sorry, we Yanks are still stuck with that. :(

Flow meters generally have a 5% accuracy - unless you want to pay big $$ for them - but you could always calibrate one yourself or use two to measure flow and return and calculate the difference.
