I just spent 45 minutes poking around Digikeys site trying
to find a logic level Fet in a thru hole package at 50 or 60V, 1A,
Ron less than 1 ohm, 7 Mhz switching freq.
What a pain. I haven't found anything yet. I did find a page that told
me how many hits I got on their site, but know way to see them.
Any suggestions for a FET?
Thanks, Mike

I don't have a suggestion for a specific fet for you, but I have spent a
fair amount of time searching through digikey's site trying to find one
with similar characteristics. In general, I have discovered that if I
pick ones with a current rating, much higher than I am looking for that
I am able to find ones with a suitable (low) Ron. Normally, the voltage
rating of these device is up there too, greater than 100. Of course,
these devices would take more drive capability and are probably slower,
but I wasn't concerned about that in my application.
