I am trying to put 2 IDE hard drives in a small enclosure (with a fan). I
would like to have the power supply within the small enclosure. Any
recommendations? I don't have the case handy or I would measure, but I will
check out any leads.

Thanks,
-Dan

If this is for production, look at Astec's range of open-frame power
supplies. Available from Newark, among others.

Try one of these. If not, then go to their plug supplies where you can
get a wall wart or power brick that's essentially the same.

Jameco has a huge line of switching power supplies at appropriate voltages,
in various form factors.

I just looked at a few-years-old Seagate hard drive in my parts bin and at
the online specs for a current-model drive from Western Digital, and each
takes about 10W. So you probably want a 25W supply. Affordable supplies in
that range seem to fall around 3 W/in^3. So the smallest you're going to
get is about 10 cubic inches of power supply, unless you pay a surcharge for
the supply or the hard drives.
