LTSpcie File for HIP4081A Mosfet Driver

Hi Everybody,

I am new to LTSpice. I want to model HIP4081A Mosfet gate driver with 4 mosfets. I looing am looking to model the driver in LTSpice. One of the users of the forum at following address posted following file for the driver. I tried to copy past this into a .cir file but LTSpice compiler can not compile it and gives some error. I appreciate if somebody can help.
