Hi,
I've been looking at making a mains powered (230vac) timer off delay.
I can find an ON time delay but not off.

Anyhow, I need the circuit so that when powered is first applied, the load will be powered for 20seconds then turns off and does not come back on unless circuit power is removed then reapplied. Max load would be 230v 1amp.

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

I don't know where you're located at, but there are just as many delay-on, as delay-off TDR's (Time Delay Relay)
Have you checked specifically for the title 'time-day relay' or are you somehow unintentionally limiting your information search parameters?

I typically use Agastat brand Electropneumatic timers. When power is applied to the coil the plunger moves to charge a pneumatic cylinder. Timing is adjusted via a variable orfice. The compressed piston of the cylinder, pushes against an opposing spring attached to the movable switch contacts.
