manual transfer switch for specific appliances?

Requirement: certain critical low-amp circuits: heater thermostat
wiring/circulator pump, starter circuits for gas oven and stove, must be
connected to:
1. regular grid wiring
2. inverter charger

The reason is that if anything goes wrong with the inverter charger and I'm
away, the other people in the house must be able to use the basic
appliances; hence the need for an easily accessible manual switch. The
current is only a few amps.

I think this fits the profile of a "transfer switch", except for the
miniscule current, though physically a compact wall mount device would be
preferred.

Does such a part exist?

Double pole double throw safety switch, not sure if there is an single pole
model.
Smallest I have ever seen is 30 amps

A 3-way light switch comes to mind, if your current requirements are truly
low. Check the specs on the switches at your local hardware to see if they
can handle your load.
