That looks like a standard microswitch.

There are miniature and subminiature switches.
What is the size?

The one you show seems to be a make only, most are change over and so have three connections.

It would be about 27mm that's not including the pin on the left

The standard microswitch body is 27.8*15.9*10.3 (Maplin)

I have some old catalogs here
Maplin GW71N
RS 159-4411 (cheaper but they come in fives)

Check that I am correct.

Hi Duke37 thanks for all your replies, this was the micro switch that i took out of a pressure washer this afternoon.
The plunger on top of it is just falling in I'd say the spring inside is broken. It's the 16a 125-250v ac, 1hp 125v ac, 2hp 250v ac part I'm wondering about. I have seen one written as 16A 1/2Hp 125/250V AC would this do the job ? My one here has only two pins and have seen mainly ones with three pins. If i use a three pin one will the spare third pin stay live when the solenoid flicks back ?
