You are connecting AVREF and BVREF to V3P3OUT where the example uses a voltage divider. The datasheet says your method is OK (seems simpler too).

You are not using nHOME or nFAULT, so the pullup resistors are not required (but would be if you want to monitor these).

The capacitor and resistor connected between VCP and VMA are required, as is the capacitor between CP1 and CP2. Add these to your circuit.

VMB and VMA need to be connected as shown in the example. Note that the datasheet implies that each requires its own capacitor. These pins are not close (adjacent), so I would connect a 0.1uF cap as close as possible to each pin.

Your diagram does not show the bulk capacitor (100uF on the example). This is probably required.

Your circuit is (almost) correct in what it shows, but it is not complete.
