They are! I had one last week asked why we never call him at 2:30am once a
week like his old alarm company did. He previously had 17 false alarms in an
8 month period.
I don't know Frank....I just can't fit in with the rest of the Industry.
It's nice to see a major city help out in the marketing plan though....

What competition? I hate being accused of doing the right thing....it's so
anti-Industry.
"Prove-it" will some day rule this industry...as it should. I do enjoy the
accusations though.

Perhaps you should look closer at what Milwaukee has been doing for the past
few years before you say that, it doesn't just apply to false alarms
