Mitsubishi VS70709 convergence problem

Working on a Mitsubishi model VS70709 VZ9 chassis, the set has a convergence issue, I replaced the convergence IC only one on this set, still the same, the problem I am having is that the blue crosshairs will only move vertically and not horizontally, the red is fine, the blue crosshatch is hourglass shaped also, the green and the red are fine, I have double check all the resistors, If I test at VU plug that goes to the yoke I have voltage change when I adjust the crosshairs in the convergence menu, this changes on both red and blue in both direction except the blue will not move physically. I swithed the yoke connectors from red to blue and blue to red and the problem moves over to the red?? Any help would be appreciated. The Convergence generator is working because i get voltage change on the STK pins, 1,6,7 and 26,23,24. I am lost. Thanks for your time, Robert
