MOSFET transistors help needed.

Hello.
I am looking for someone with knowledge of the MOSFET transistors.
I purchased the BOSCH drill of the E-Bay and it is not working, after close inspection I found one of the two transistors is burned (smocked) I’ve got all the information from the good transistor FB3207Z P803-J J4M7 but do not have much experience for this type of transistors and not sure what all the letters and numbers do. I also couldn’t find exact the same but one close to it has the different numbers IRFB3207ZPBF TO-220, Thank you any help will be much appreciated.
The Drill is BOSCH 18V model DDS181A

You found the right replacement. From the datasheet:

Your FB3207Z P803 is therefore lead free, produced in 2008, week 03.
JJ4M7 is the assembly lot code and is irrelevant for ordering a new part (you wouldn't be able to get one from the same lot anyway).
