The monitor has a standby voltage and has a voltage at the input. On the power switch board, Pin 1 below pulls down when the power button is pressed but this pull down is not being noticed by the cpu, which is why i think its not turning on. I cant seem to find the component causing this signal from reaching the cpu? Or maybe im worng completely?
