I am repairing a Tektronix 2213A oscilloscope, and I need some help identifying what this component is ( Not specifics just what kind of component):
(highlighted in red, sorry about the big picture size)

Some of the other components like it on the board have values placed next to them such as +5, -8.6 etc...

Thanks!

Update: i found the part in the service manual, so i have a new question:
What is a "bus conductor: dummy"

That's no real component. It's a zero ohm resistor, or a wire link if you will. The values next to them would be test point voltages.
About the update: could they mean a bus extension card? They're used for extending cards out from a slot so one is able to measure on them while in operation.
