NE555 Texas Instruments Pinout

I have a NE555 by Texas Instruments. According to most of the diagrams the pinout is assumed with the U shaped little groove being facing upwards and then pins 1 to 4 is on the left and 5-8 on the right. I've drawn a basic diagram. Is this the correct pin-out that I drew on the actual chip? Thank you.

Yes, you are correct.
You can also see an indication for pin one on many chips.



Yours does not show it.
