Need a little help IDing a Part

I know it's a long shot but any information you guys could give me about this little chip I found would be very appreciated.

I'm sorry if the pictures are too fuzzy, they've been taken on a cell phone, it's a small black, square chip, with the letter K on it. A little to vague for me to find in a google search so I was hoping you guys could help.

It could either be a BAT68-03W Schottky diode in a SOD323 package, or a BBY52-02W UHF varicap (1.75-1.25pF) in a SCD80 package, or something else.
With a DMM diode tester you should at least be able to measure the difference between a Schottky and everything else.
