Need Data Sheet for 'Kbi' Manufacturer TMS1000

Where do I locate data sheet on this. Have looked around but no luck to date.

Described as 'case' - does this mean it is programmable ?
Make is shown as Kbi - Not sure year of manufacture or location!

Texas Instruments do not list.

Case = package. Without reference to programmability.
TMS1000 actually refers to a family of devices. I suggest you check with the seller which specific chip is being offered. He should also be able to tell you whether these chips can be programmed - I assume they can as they are offered as brand new.

Make is shown as Kbi

Never heard that name before.

Why would you care for that obsolete chip? Much, muuuuch more modern microcontrollers are readily available including the necessary development environment (you may be hard pressed to find one for the TMS2000 nowadays).
