Need help for receiver model v8525

Its powering on but I'm getting no sound I've did troubleshooting it does nothing at all when I turn the knob volume but I don't think the fan motor is kicking on at all

First thing is a visual inspection of the receiver internal parts. Look for any sign of scorched or leaked components.
Second check the supply voltages with a voltmeter or multimeter.
