Solely replace that then dormant and dried out secondary filter / E-capacitor and . . . . . . . .BA DA BOOM . . . .all functionality is being well again!
(Possibly excepting . . . . any series arranged . . . .below cutoff threshold ! . . . .18650 cells, in the associated battery pack . . . but that's being another story, entirely.)
