Well, that description doesn't ring any bells with me.
Can you tell us what the part physically looks like, and ESPECIALLY if there is a manufacturer name or logo on it.
That would help us help you.

What are the missing xx's? Can you not read them?

Thank You The xx are for a logo that looks like a two character almost like RU and the R is reversed or backwards I'm trying to get a picture Not sure if I know how to get it on here

Thank You I thought it was a varistor Do you think it NTC thermistor ( the number doesnt match to anything Thanks for looking into this

You already had the answer on your other post on the very tail end of another like thread topic.

My vote is also for it being an input line surge power thermistor . . .as per near center page 30 of the below reference.

Upon initial power up, it provides 60 ohms of isolaton of the main filter cap(s) until they rapidly charge up and take on their initial charge, while the unit is rapidly dropping in resistive value as it heats up, and ends up at about 1 ohm, and at that value, is then capable of passing up to 2 amps thru the supply.

You might also confirm, by its proximity of placement in the power supply portion of that board, and its being close to the AC line input line , or the main filters.
Also look at the items assigned designation, that it is being placed nearby, with the PCB silk screening.
